Frequently asked questions

Which subscription is most suitable for my company?

The number of employees in your company determines the size for your subscription. An employee is someone who registers hours. For instance: a company with 10 employees needs the Enterprise subscription. Subscriptions will be charged per month and can also be cancelled each month.

How can I subscribe?

You can find all our offers on the Pricing page. Click on the “Try for free” button to create an account. All accounts will start with a 30 day trial subscription. During this period we will contact you to discuss your order.

What if I have more than 60 employees or more than 2 administrators? Any other subscriptions available?

Timesplitter is suitable for more than 10 employees. Please select the Enterprise subscription and let us know what your wishes are trough the contact form. We will provide you a customized offer.

How can I use the free trial version for 30 days without paying?

Please select the subscription that suits your organisation. When you terminate the subscription within 30 days, no fee will be charged. The free subscription for 1-3 employees naturally remains free after 30 days!

What will happen with my data when my subscription is expired?

We will notify you when your subscription was cancelled for some reason. Your data will be saved for two months. If you re-subscribe during that period you can continue with the same data. If not, all your data will be deleted. Exporting data to your own system in the first month after the expire date is possible.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored in multiple data centres around the world. These data centres are very large, heavily protected and are all part of the Windows Azure platform.

How is it juridical settled around Windows Azure Services?

For this information we refer you to the Windows Azure website.
